RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Online course payment will be refunded provided a request is submitted in writing (including via email) and received by HazPro within 30 days of course registration and prior to submittal of exam. Refund will provided within 30 days of receipt of request by HazPro. If you do not receive verification of request for refund within two working days, contact HazPro, Inc. at 310-683-9858 or 310-683-9003.
With Regard to any Course other than an online Course, Customer will receive a full refund of any remitted payment provided it is in writing (including via e-mail) and received by HazPro within 10 business days prior to such Course’s start date; in such case, HazPro will refund such payment in full within 10 business days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
If Customer cancels this agreement for any Course other than an online Course within 10 or less business days prior to the start date of any applicable Course, HazPro will apply full credit toward a rescheduled class.
PRIVACY POLICY
This company does not sell or otherwise distribute the personal information you provide on this web site to any outside person or agency, except as necessary to collect payment for items purchased.
